Paul Clough, head of warehouse operations at the distillery has retired after many years with us. Having been employed as Head Warehouseman back in 2005, he shortly became head of the Blend centre at the Distillery along with the warehouse operations. We would like to wish Paul the very best in his retirement and most of all, a very big thank you for his services and input into the running of the Distillery.

Glencadam Whisky was at the Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival last weekend. The event was held at the Dufftown Heritage Centre. Held every year, the festival brings together smaller distilleries and whisky fans from all over the world for a day of whisky tastings, masterclasses, games and demonstrations.
We were pleased that our whisky went down a treat with many guests. We would like to thank you all for joining and supporting us and to the Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival for a fantastic event. Until next time!

We are proud to announce the release of Glencadam Origin 1825.
A very special collection of casks was chosen for the Origin 1825 edition. The final selection consisted of a unique marriage of whisky matured in first-class American white-oak bourbon barrels with whisky “finished” in the finest Spanish Oloroso Sherry butts.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Warm gold
Nose: Creamy, floral malted barley with hints of vanilla that welcome the arrival of mixed summer fruits
Palate: Bananas, pineapple, pears and boiled sweets merge with a delicious mix of soft spice
Finish: Floral with pear-drop sweetness.
ABV 40%
