Aromatic and inviting with hints of toffee and salted caramel mixed with baked pineapple and cake spices.

Palate

Rich and delicious with layers of heather honey, tangy fruits, golden raisins and cinder toffee followed by toasted brioche and almond hints.

Finish

Cosy and warming with notes of oat biscuits, acacia honey and orange peels fading into gentle clove spices.
